Due to a fantastic pre-registration response, the attendance limit of 100 has been raised to 130! Please note that NO registration is official until the form and fee has been sent to the hosting chapter – after attendance limit has been met, those who wish, may be put on a waiting list that will be kept on a first come/first serve basis.

The Friday evening banquet will be held at a different location. Please dress in your "Sunday best" for this special occasion."
Breakfasts are on your own. Many of the hotels provide a complimentary breakfast and there are several restaurants/fast food places in area that serve breakfast.
A coffee break and snack area will be maintained throughout the convention. There will be a variety of items suitable for people with special dietary needs, such as low-carb and low-sugar choices.
All chapters and registrants will receive a copy of the Licking County Travel Magazine, a valuable tool that provides lots of information not only on area motels, but also on shopping and entertainment.

We accept Master Card or Visa (you may call 417-967-9441 with the information - please ask for Mary or CJ), PayPal (office@newbornsinneed.org), checks or money orders (made payable to “Newborns in Need”) or cash (not recommended and at your own risk.) Please write CONO6 in the comment section so that we know the payment is for the 2006 Convention.
A few important notes about the convention:
While this is an adult convention, nursing and newborn babies are joyfully welcome. If you are considering bringing a baby, please keep in mind that the lodging at Saints Peter and Paul Retreat House is dormitory style. Anyone with an infant will need to stay at a motel.
Registration fee includes banquet meal for registrants only. Spouses who wish to attend the Friday night banquet must register and pay a fee of $25.
What to bring to convention:
We have more then enough DOOR PRIZES so you don’t have to bring any. If you would like to exchange SWAPS on Saturday then please bring them with you (limited to 130 attendees).

Print the form (using the “registration form” link) and mail it along with advanced payment to NIN Greater Newark, OH Chapter, 192 McMillen Drive, Newark, OH 43055.
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received and processed your registration entry.
