Each chapter will have a 3' area available for displays whether they are able to attend or not. Any chapter that wishes to send a display is welcome to do so.  To save shipping funds, we will not send back displays - they will be donated locally.

We are planning a Cookout style dinner - 6PM on Thursdayr will be provided at St. Peter & Paul Retreat House for those who are registered, whether staying at the Retreat House or in an area motel or home. Sign up for dinner when registering.  We are having a Longaberger Basket & Heisey Glass Display. After dinner at 7:00 there will be a short history given about both companys. We want to share with you something about our area so that everyone feels welcome in Newark.

Our Friday night banquet at 6:00 pm will be held at Moundbuilders Country Club www.Moundbuilderscc.com. We ask you to wear your Sunday Best! Pants are fine, just NO JEANS please. We have our own private dining room and there is an elevator to the second floor.

We will have special areas set up for knitting, crocheting, sewing and serging. This way we can share our talents with each other during the convention.

Home Office plans to bring different supplies (zippers, fabric, etc.) that are available so that chapters can take them home and make good use of what we have on-hand.  Please plan to bring an extra suit case if you can!

Meet our National President, TeLesa Lack. She will be available for visits on Friday from 1:30 - 4:00. Please email us order@newbornsinneed.org to schedule an appointment.  She would be very happy to sit and visit with you for awhile, answer any questions you might have, and just get to know one another.

If you have questions regarding convention, please email us grnewark@newbornsinneed.org.
