Hello,

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the generous and caring work you do. Our son Sean was admitted to Tufts New England Medical Center on his birthday 7/9/07 for a heart condition. It was a terrifying and humbling experience. The hospital staff was wonderful, but seeing our little guy hooked up to all that equipment still took some getting used to. It was incredibly difficult not to be able to hold him, but we knew it was for the best as they cared for him.

But when we saw him wrapped up in the most adorable little doggie quilt donated by your organization, it really made us feel so much better. It gave a home-like feel to his otherwise scary experience. He looked cozy and happy under that handmade quilt. It was that extra touch that really made us feel like he was being cared for as a little person, rather than a patient.

Sean had an operation a few days later and, we are overjoyed to say, recovered with flying colors and is considered 100% healthy and normal! We could not be more thankful and appreciative.

So, please keep up the good work and keep those hospitals stocked!! Your work does so much good for families like ours going through tough times and we want you to know how much it is appreciated!!

Ever Grateful,
The Rouillards - Ryan, Kerri, older brother Aidan, and most of all Sean.

p.s. Sean wanted to say hi, so we attached his picture.
