Eighth Annual Convention 2008
“Gathered in Love”

A few important notes:

• Each person attending is asked to bring two 6 ½” cotton squares (one pink print and one blue print) to be used in a fun project
• Display tables - each chapter will be provided a 3 foot area on which to display items (no tri-fold displays, please).  Chapters are asked to bring no more than 6 items for display purposes.
• All chapters seem to have favorite or unusual sewn, knit or crocheted baby items - please bring printed patterns of the items to share.
• Sewing machines will be available for classes, but if you are coming by car and want to bring a machine, please feel free to do so.
• Registration fee includes banquet meal for registrants only. Spouses who wish to attend the Friday night banquet must register and pay a fee of $15.00.
• While this is an adult convention, nursing and newborn babies are joyfully welcome. If you are considering bringing a baby, please keep in mind that the lodging at Sts. Peter & Paul is dormitory style. Anyone with an infant will need to stay at a motel.
• Dress Code: Dress is casual, but please no tank tops, cutoffs or short shorts and no jeans for the Friday night dinner.
• For those staying at the Retreat Center, all bedding and towels are provided.
