Robe:

  • Cut one from both lining and robe fabric, being sure to place the top edge on fold of fabric
  • With RIGHT sides together, stitch from a to b on both lining and robe fabric.
  • Place robe fabric unit RIGHT sides together with lining unit: pin matching seams
  • Stitch all the way around, leaving enough of an opening along the bottom for turning.
  • Turn, press and close opening, either by hand or top stitching
  • Add velcro dot at the X
  • Embellish with tiny lace, ribbons or buttons

Blanket

  • Cut a 7 1/2 inch square from fabric and lining (You may want to add very thin batting)
  • Stitch with RIGHT sides together, leaving an opening large enough for turning
  • Turn, press, topstitch
  • Embellish as desired with tiny lace, ribbon or buttons or quilt the heart design in the center.

NOTE: Please use only soft pastel or white fabric of the highest quality. These must be beautiful!
