Materials:
F- crochet hook or size to obtain gauge
Baby yarn
Gauge:
9 dc = 2”
5 rows = 2”

Pattern:
Ch 77
Row 1: Dc in 4th ch from hook and in each ch across. (75 dc, counting first 3ch as a dc) Beg. Ch3 counts as dc unless other wise noted.
Row 2: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each dc across. (75 dc)
Row 3 – 8: Repeat Row 2.
Right Front:
Row 9: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each of the next 19 dc. Leave remaining stitches unworked. (21 dc)
Row 10 – 11: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and each dc across. (21 dc)
Row 12: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each of the next 14 dc. Dc dec in next 2 dc. Leave last 3 dc unworked. (17 sts)
Row 13: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and each dc across. (17 sts)
Row 14: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each of the next 12 dc. Dc dec in next 2 dc. (15 sts)
Row 15: Repeat Row 13. (15 sts)
Row 16: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each of the next 10 dc. Dc dec in next 2 dc. (13 sts)
Row 17: Repeat Row 13. (13 sts) Finish off.
Left Front:
With wrong side facing you join yarn with sl st in 1st st of row 8.
Row 9 – 17: Work as for Right Front.
Back:
With right side facing you join yarn with sl st in 1st st of row 8 next to Right Front.
Row 9: Ch 3. dc in next dc and in each of the next 31 dc. (33 dc)
Row 10 – 16: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each dc across. (33 dc)
Row 17: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd dc and in each of the next 7 dc. Dc dec in next 2 dc. Sc in next dc. Sl st in next 9 dc. Sc in next dc. Dc dec in next 2 dc. Dc in each dc across. Finish off.
Sleeve:
With right side facing you join yarn with sl st to side of last st on Row 17 of front.
Row 1: Ch 1. Work 2 sc in the end of each row along front. Continue working 2 sc in the end of each row along back. (36 sc)
Row 2: Ch 3 turn. Dc in 2nd sc and in each sc across. (36 dc) Finish off.
Repeat for other sleeve.
Weave in ends. Sew shoulder seam and attach Velcro to front openings.
