Sleeveless Hospital Shirt Sewing Pattern - Reversible...
Use cotton-knits or woven fabric
Make a reversible garment without a neckban. Cut one set of ‘good side’ fabric and one set of lining/reverse side fabric
GARMENT: stitch fronts to back at shoulders using 1/4” seam, then sew lining/reverse pieces the same way. Press seam allowances open.
With right sides together, pin garment to lining and stitch, starting from a point on the bottom back, all the way around, ending about 3 inches short of starting point to leave an opening to turn garment right side out.
Before turning, trim corners and clip curves.
Turn, shape corners and shoulders. Top stitch along edges
Attach 3 pieces of velcro: sew 1/2” x 1/2” pieces of velcro where marked by squares on pattern (at the top of the hip flare). Sew the soft loop side on the lining of the left fron facing at the neck edge and one on each side of the lining side of the front sides. Sew the hook velcro on the good side of front facing at neck edge and one on each of the good sides of the back. When worn, the back flaps come forward and the front pieces overlap them.

“Your cut out pieces should look like the above drawings.”
