Urgently needed items

Many babies have absolutely nothing to wear.  Please send any baby items that you might have to help keep God’s tiniest children warm through the cold months.  Sleepers are always in high demand and we appreciate donations of preemie to 12 month sizes. Diapers are the most expensive purchase other than furniture for mom’s who need help. Consider keeping their little bottoms dry with your donation of preemie to small diapers. Disposable diapers are welcome as many families do not have washers and dryers in their homes. Include wipes for a total gift package.

Burp cloths
Diapers - disposable or cloth
Bottles - all sizes and types.
Bottle liners
Burial layettes - gowns, bonnets, blankets and memorial items
Comfort toys
Booties, socks and shoes
Diaper Bags
Changing pads
Bibs
Baby hats
Undershirts
Baby furniture - cribs, bassinets, changing tables, dressers, high chairs, and play pens.

Think of your own children or children of a friend.  What was needed when they were born to provide them quality of life?  That’s what is needed.  If you can donate some of the above items, please send them to your nearest chapter (Chapter Listing).

If you would like to make a donation, please donate through Paypal to mydonation@newbornsinneed.org (note what the payment was for) or call 1-417-967-9441 to donate with a credit card.  Checks can be sent to the above address.  A thank you letter and tax deductible receipt will be mailed for each donation received.

There are just some items that must be paid for that we can't get donated and need the funds to purchase, please consider donating money. Every dollar helps.

Sewing Supplies needed for volunteers:

Our chapters volunteers are our greatest gift and they are always in need of basic sewing supplies. Please think of them as you purchase your own supplies. Buying two more yards of fabric or extra thread and yarn will help a baby in need. Flannel, fleece and baby knits are always in high demand. Click on our Find a Local Chapter link and help support babies in your area by donating supplies. If there is no chapter in your area, pick the state you’d love to visit and make them a recipient of your donations! Better yet, consider starting a chapter of your own. We will be happy to help you.
